Christy is a long-established educator with 27 years of experience, driven by the smiles and confidence she sees on a child's face after a tutoring session. During the COVID pandemic, she witnessed the disappearance of those smiles behind masks, replaced by sadness, worry, and defeat. This deeply saddened her, as she not only observed the children's sadness and frustration but also witnessed it in their parents.

In 2020, Christy took it upon herself to bridge the educational gap by tutoring children from her home. Through word-of-mouth, her nonprofit tutoring business quickly outgrew her home, leading her to expand to a brick-and-mortar location. Her dedication has brought back smiles and improved the self-esteem of her students, a reward that holds immeasurable value for her as a retired educator.

As a mother raising four children, including one who is autistic, Christy understands the financial constraints that many families face. Unable to afford private tutoring or educational assistance for her own children, she made a vow to give back to her community and assist struggling families with their educational needs. She is grateful to God for the opportunity and knowledge to utilize her teaching experience to help families in similar situations.

Throughout her lifelong career as an educator, Christy's dream has always been to nurture and expand the minds of youth, empowering them to become educated and responsible adults. After retirement, she took it upon herself to create an effective learning environment and curriculum specifically designed to support those who struggle within the public school system. Zhe firmly believes that one-on-one or small group instruction helps children stay on task and encourages them to ask questions, fostering a deeper understanding of the subjects. Education has always been her passion, and she is grateful to give back to her community by offering affordable educational services to low- and middle-income families.

Christy's business has provided her with the opportunity to fulfill her dream of changing the lives of children and parents alike. She offers a high-quality education to those who may not have the means to send their children to private schools. In addition to tutoring, she develops curriculum specifically tailored for busy moms who wish to homeschool their children but may fear they lack the necessary educational training.
